Forge Outreach ("we", "us") collects personal information you submit through our careers portal and contact form in order to evaluate job applications and respond to business inquiries.
What we collect
Contact details, location, work history, application answers, and — where you choose to provide one — your CV or a link to it. Technical setup details are collected only for roles where they're relevant to the job.
How we use it
Solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about its status, and, if you are hired, for onboarding. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Application data is retained for a limited period after a hiring decision is made, after which it is anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
